This studio on the 7th floor (with an elevator designed for 230 kg, i.e. 3 people) consists of a living space of 27sq. m and includes :

-an open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher)
-a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
