    Le prix pratiqué est beaucoup trop élevé pour un studio tout juste correct, le couchage n'étant pas confortable et la salle d'eau beaucoup trop exiguë.La télévision n'a pas fonctionné. Malgré mon appel à la conciergerie pour signaler que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas, personne n'est venu ne serait-ce que pour en remplacer les piles.L'immeuble est vétuste et sonore. La cour d'entrée et l'escalier d'accès sont mal entretenus voire dans un état délabré.Je ne reviendrai pas et je déconseille.
