Nestled on 18+ wooded acres in Boyce, Virginia, this is the perfect spot for your group’s getaway. Our location offers a balance of seclusion and proximity to activities. We're less than 10 minutes from a state park, the Virginia State Arboretum, and a Shenandoah River boat ramp. Conveniently situated between historic Middleburg and vibrant Winchester, you’ll also have easy access to the area’s best vineyards, dining, and shops. Our retreat features 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with plush bedding and serene decor for a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the versatile bonus room, equipped with a desk and fun activities, is perfect for both work and play. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils needed to prepare gourmet meals. Enjoy dining together at the table or have a casual meal in the outdoor space while taking in the fresh mountain air. Step outside to your private outdoor sanctuary. Relax on the front porch with your morning coffee or stargaze by night. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather towels: Please put any used towels on the bathroom floor.
Take out the trash: Please put all trash in the trash can/bins in the garage. No need to take the bins out to the curb! We’ll take care of that!
If there are any accidents with damage to anything in or around the house, please let us know as soon as possible, thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

1. There should not be more people at the house than specified in your reservation without contacting the host and getting approval first.
2. Please NO driving on the grass. Keep vehicles on the gravel driveway only.
3. Please make sure the firepit fire is put out after each use. We aim to keep Virginia green and beautiful! Reach out with any questions or concerns.
