Being in our 70's, we found the 3 blocks proximity to Main Street a challenge for the return trip. There were nice stairs all the way down, with hand rails, very safe. But the 3 blocks were straight down. There was also a steep road that my son used with his kid's stroller. MAIN SUITE: top floor, no privacy for the bathroom from the stairs; the bedroom had a door however. The bottom sheet on the bed felt like paper but housekeeping was out of bottom sheets until 4 days into our stay, so we kept what was on there. I got used to it, but it was very uncomfortable the first night and did not match the top sheet. KITCHEN/LIVING: Lots of comfortable space for our 4 adults and 3 children. The toaster did not work; I did not report it. As was stated, the only condiments available was what previous customers had left. There was no salt, a pretty basic item to be supplied in my opinion. BOTTOM LEVEL: The one car garage led directly into the area where the kid's bunk beds were located, as well as two additional bedrooms. Luckily, we all retired at the same time. There was no a/c control to be found on this lower level even though the property description said a/c was on every level. Heat was on every level; however, it was quite warm during our June stay and a/c on the lower level was needed. OUTDOOR SPACE: We did not use. It was in full shade, had no view, and could be accessed from the street. Summary: Property not the best for elderly or children.
This well maintained home offered informal gathering space with grace, steps away from slopes and blocks away from town. Our family enjoyed all of Park City . I await next year to experience this property.
Beautifully renovated home. Master suite takes up the entire upstairs and is gorgeous with a spa feel. Location is perfect too, short walk to Town Lift to avoid the crowds at the main mountain village. Can easily walk into town for food, shopping, etc. Management was also easy to get in touch with and were very helpful. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
The house may look old from the outside but that's the only thing that is. The home feels brand new, solid and with quality throughout...from comfortable beds to high-end appliances...even automatic window shades throughout! Having 3 levels provided lots of privacy for our adult family but the main floor was perfect for meals and movies. Fantastic back private patio too..with grill, fire pit and and hot tub... Can't say enough about the location - walk to town or hiking trail...and the Abode property management team was amazing....always a text away..and responded to our every need. Highly recommend!
Had a great stay here with my family, including 5 adults and 3 kids kids ranging from 1-6 years old. Awesome location (just be prepared for hills when walking anywhere)- super close to Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street. House is beautiful and modern with lots to do.
Would definitely stay again! Parking, check-in, amenities, services, etc. - all 10/10. Stayed in winter but would be great for summer also. Walking distance to town, PKC Mountain and Harvest Cafe.
This was our first time staying in a place other than a tradition hotel and really enjoyed the trip. The house was plenty big for a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Super easy to get to the lift (though a bit more tough on the walk home up hill after a day of skiing). The management team did a great job of answering all of our question in a quick manner. Definitely a great group option for a wonderful ski trip!
This house is very nice & very clean. I had read about the walk up the hill from town & they were right. It is quite the incline especially with the altitude. But we made it every time (& Ubered when we didnât feel like the challenge!). The house had been removated which was nice. Some of the items were a little hard to figure out how to use (microwave, overhead light switches) but we did it. Maybe a manualon those items would help. There were plenty of supplies (soaps, towels, etc.). Plenty of sitting area for our group of 9 friends, The property management people were very responsive by text & had to come over a couple of times to help with questions. They were super nice! We would stay at this property again.
The place is spacious, clean, comfortable and with a great layout for a group. It's a quick walk to town for restaurants/bars and events/shopping. It's also a quick walk for a nice little hike.
Exactly what we expected and excellent job on historic house. Had upstairs for one baby downstairs for the other and the terrace for adults to escape to with stellar kitchen.
Fabulous updated and modern spacious house close to town lift
House is a âsmart houseâ. Couldnât figure out how to get fireplaces on. Good stocked kitchen aside from all type of glasses including wine glasses. Itâs a short walk to the lift but be prepared for 3 short blocks uphill for your climb home. I would do rentals at town lift, they valet your stuff for free.
Great rental close to everthing
This was one of those home rentals where the property was as good, if not even better, than the pictures depicted. The home was very well equipped, very clean, and is a very convenient location with a short walk to town.
Great access to Park City, just a bit of a workout getting up the hill if walking. House is beautiful and well appointed with luxurious finishings. Sam, the concierge, and Chance who checked is in were incredibly helpful. Strongly recommend. Perfect for families.
