It took 5 minutes for hot water to get to the shower. garbage was all around the entry door. floors needed a vacuum used in them

It appeared the room hadn’t been deep cleaned or vacuumed recently. I disinfected everything I used. Those are only a couple of the good parts.

When i checked in the person dropped my card and didnt realize it untell he asked for my card i told him he never gave it back. The room 106 had no NO HOT WATER. The Tv never worked. I tried to ring the bell for service no one ever came. The bedding had stains. I was just so tired. I can make it work. Sad Cold shower.

This place is so sketch, but it was cheap - so I knew not to have my hopes high when I booked it. It definitely felt like it was holding onto a thread with the quality of the room - lots of things falling apart everywhere you looked. I felt very unsafe and pushed half the furniture up against the door before sleeping. I hope to never have to stay here again.

No hot water by the second day. There were smears of what I hope was dirt on the bathroom walls. Parts of the carpet weren't stapled in. The bed tilted heavily to one side. Uneven number of pillows for each bed and cut marks in the sheets. Air conditioner had broken knobs and the machine was incredibly dirty where the air blew out. Remote did not work.

Great economically priced hotel.

Hotel offered juat what we were looking for. A inexpensive place to stay. Hotel is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great.

No coffee, no toilet paper no coffee maker no coffee grinds none of that. It smelled like animal piss, and the curtains you can see through it. It was the room was so dirty. Yeah it does behind the bed just where they vacuum and I don’t know why my hotel.com said I’ll pay at the property I always paid it on hotels.com. I don’t know why I did that so, you better correct that

AVOID. I knew this wasn't going to be a nice property but it was dirty, run down, staff was apathetic. The price was what I would expect to pay for a standard room but the quality was much lower. If I had to describe it in two words...slum lord. And seriously who keeps a rooster on the property? That was ridiculous at 4am.

At least the bed was comfortable

We stayed at the Heber Inn for 2 nights and multiple rooms. It's a very old hotel and the pictures look like it's pretty nice, but wasn't the cleanest. Probably wouldn't stay there again

The price was great. We just needed a place to sleep. It’s an old building, the room was tidy and the bed was adequate.The desk manager was very nice. There was wood looking vinyl flooring instead of carpet, a definite plus! The cons are: the desk top was sticky, 0nly 2 thin pillows on each bed, the fridge is old with rust on the shelf. Only one charging port by the bed worked. There were hand towels but no wash cloths. The extra security latch on the door was broken and the window was left open a few inches and we didnt notice until we left. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. After those MINOR things, i would definately stay there again tor one night. Over all a great bargain.
