The staff helped us a lot with getting ice for our fish we needed to keep cold from fishing to taking care of us at the pool and making sure we had enough towels. We appreciated being able to stay longer into the day to enjoy the pool-it’s what our kids wanted the most.

I would recommend this stay a million times over to anyone! The atmosphere was incredible with the friendliest staff, everyone was SO sweet! Leslie at the main desk was an absolute champ with our map, everyone at the sunroom restaurant was so kind and the room …. Incredible! The one day we got to spend there was enough to bring us back every year, 1000/10 experience for us!

Lots of updates that are surface level. Like espresso machines in every room but no access to free drip coffee, and mirrors that look nice but no lighting on your face when you use them, amazing pools but no exercise room, and the construction is a bit loud and over the top.

Wouldn’t recommend. The only thing we loved were the pools they are pretty amazing, but the staff was incredibly rude, homestead is very deceptive they say on their website that they have a “homestead crater” on their property it turns out its not even theirs they are a completely different company so when we asked at the front desk about the crater they had no information to give us except “ we are not affiliated with them” so you have to figure out how to get a hold of someone on your own. The crater has a sketchy little shack apparently where you get tickets, it was always closed. Nobody gave us the correct restaurant hours, the restaurant got our orders wrong, our a/c didnt work in the room, we thought this would be a luxurious experience, but was more like motel 6 service. Don’t waste your money here

Property is under construction, parking lot is a little chaotic. Pools are nice and warm. The only problem with the "Family Suite" is that there is no desk or table. Large bathroom and closet, but no space to place anything that you would need to set down like snacks and cups for kids.
