Window in living room would not close so fumes from fire place was pulled into room. Cold draft from window and furnace kept running. Bedroom was hot and uncomfortable and living room cold. They offered maintenance but they would need to replace window. Tried closing window but lock was broken so could only close partially. Stuffed a towel to block draft and closed shade. So no sleep for two nights due to temp and constant noise from furnace. Would have been nice to use fireplace but fumes was a concern. Really like a refund for my stay. Even check in was partial service- failed to give parking pass and tag for garage. And it was not busy - just poor customer service by staff.

Wanted a place to stay in a nice area while traveling through. Park City was perfect and this hotel was right at one end of downtown. Had plenty to do in walking distance, great restaurants on the property including a very good indian restaurant. The hotel parking garage had plenty of space and had easy access to our room.

This was a very nice and quiet place to stay on our honeymoon night. At first it was confusing knowing where to park and what was actually a hotel room as opposed to shops. The parking stalls were a little narrow. The room was very spacious and comfortable and a nice experience. I would love to stay at this hotel again.
