This private villa is situated in a unique, peaceful place, only 10 minutes walk to the sea, in the middle of fields where nature is still untouched!
There is great panoramic view of the sea and of wonderful sunsets, just opposite of Antiparos!
This villa"s unique privilege is not having any built properties around it!
This ensures privacy and tranquility to the guests that are really appreciating it in many ways.

It consists of two floors, with huge balconies and terraces all around it, and a spacious pool area fully and elegantly integrated in nature!

On the ground floor, which is about 110 sq.m, there is the main house and it is completely separated from the guest house at the first floor, which is about 40 sq.m.
In this place you can find peace, tranquility and appreciate nature. It is situated about 8 km away from Parikia, the port of Paros and only 1.5 km away from the ferry to Antiparos. From every aspect of the house one can enjoy a majestic view of the Aegean Sea, the island of Antiparos, the channel with numerous yachts and the well known to surfers, wind and kite surfing spot of Pounta. Beautiful view and colorful sunsets are overwhelming. An air of elegance combines the contemporary aesthetics with the traditional Cycladic design in a unique and sophisticated way.
Entering the bigger property of the ground floor, you find a spacious open plan area combining living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, giving a modern atmosphere. It consists of a big corner sofa, which opens up into double bed if needed.

There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom having a jacuzzi hot tab, two more bedrooms and another bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has a double bed.

Two apartments in the house

What was described as a house was in reality two apartments, we had on the top floor the owner staying at the same time as us. Our terrasse was on the windy side of the house, which is cool but can be disturbing for dinner or lunch outside.
