CASA PACIFICO IS NEWLY RENOVATED!
Casa Pacifico (Casa 31) is a peaceful one story two bedroom home, newly remodeled to provide comfort and tranquility during your stay in Costa Rica. Casa Pacifico is located in the gated community of Gardens of the Pacific just 5 minutes walking distance to the beautiful beach of Playa Bejuco, located in the province of Puntarenas. The Gardens of the Pacific is a small mature community with cobblestone roads, community pool, security, beautiful flora indigenous to the Pacific Coast, and a lot of wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, butterflies, etc. The Gardens of the Pacific is known for its inviting landscaping and its friendly neighborhood.

Casa Pacifico is furnished for your enjoyment; providing a fully remodeled kitchen to cook small or large dinners. The newly renovated livingroom is spacious and includes a smart TV (wifi provided). Both of your bedrooms have queen size beds and come equipped with TVs . The Master bedroom has it's own comfortable master bath and exterior sliding glass door so you can readily step into the large backyard to enjoy the beautiful private pool with covered large patio with private surroundings.

Parking is provided in a covered carport in front of the home.

Restaurants, grocery stores, a gym, and other stores of interest are all within walking distance from Casa Pacifico. Covered bus stops are also within 4 minutes walking distance, should you decide not to rent a car during your stay.

There are many activities local to our community and easily accessible; such as monkey tours, zip lines, canopy tours, ATV tours, catamaran tours, nature hikes, horseback tours, etc.

Refuge in Paradise

The property has been fully renovated with all top end touches and is fully climate controlled. The pool is very private and the patio is a great place to sit and work, or simply watch the Macaws, take a cool dip in the pool or sip a nice cold glass of wine. The kitchen is nicely outfitted with high end appliances and all the basics necessary to cook and serve a gourmet meal. The property also has a full sized washer and dryer. Although Bejuco is a quiet community with few crime issues, the community has 24 hour security that may add to your level of comfort. It is a short walk down to Bejuco beach where you could walk for miles at sunrise without meeting a soul. Or, walk west along the beach at the end of the day to Don Toro beach where you can order a cold drink and watch the sun set. Overall the location is great, the accommodations are comfortable and the wildlife welcomes you to a new day in paradise each morning.

Home comfort away from home

The property is well-located, near supermarkets, beaches, etc. The house has been refurbished and the common areas look amazing: the pics don't do this home justice! The pool area is just amazing... We had to force ourselves to leave it for the beach! A/C's and ceiling fans everywhere, top-notch appliances, good WiFi access and a very quiet, safe and friendly residential area. Totally recommend for couples and families! Communication with property managers was terrific, too.
