this was the least expensive chain hotel I could find around the area. So for that, I won’t be too hard on the motel. The bed was comfortable and clean. The carpet was OK. Unfortunately, the bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom itself looked pretty clean, but the floor was just dirty, but for the price, I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast they have, but it is offered there.

At soon as you walk tours the rooms leak from the ceiling, and a mold smell in the hall way very strong, room smell like mold as well. The carpets in the room soak and wet. The furnitures are in poor condition. Shower head dirty , blow dryer didn’t work, iron for clothes didn’t work. The fridge full of rust, remote control for tv didn’t work. The window curtains were broken as well. The beds are in poor condition and sheets smell like sweat. I don’t recommend it at all.

We stayed here because it was close to Lake Hopatcong. It's a little dated but otherwise we had a great night sleep. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. Only issue we noticed was one of the exterior doors didn't lock at night. We padlocked our door. They allowed us late check out so we could shower after our race. Very courteous
