This stay was very disappointing. The lobby looked amazing but the room was filthy. Stains on the carpet, stains on the walls, grime and hair all over the bathroom, mirror filthy, there was trash left in the garage that was never picked up. When arriving to the room we notice next door there was a dog barking nonstop, we advised the front desk and asked if there were any available rooms to change to. The gentlemen put me on hold to check , I was on hold for 20 minutes and he never clicked over. I figured he was busy so I called back in a hour…and he didn’t answer. But what made it worse was I paid extra for breakfast to find out I paid $40 for coffee and one single bagel. Very disappointing, the ratings were very misleading.

The room was not up to par this time for us. There was no microwave in the room this time, which I am pretty sure it should be included. Also, the handle on one of the cabinets was not secured all the way. The refrigerator had ice built up in the freezer so not able to put anything in there. Generally, do not run into these problems there.
