We took ample photos of the landfill, litter, an entirely broken sink that fell off the cabinet with mold along the rim, the room was unclean and the manager hung up on us after our 4th phone call to them requesting one towel after already waiting 4 hours for an extra towel (we were two people checked into the hotel with only one bath and one hand towel in the room.) The manager told us his name is Shah and he apologized for the lack of customer service and rude tone. Told us to request a full refund from Expedia when Expedia called to verify he denied our claim. The Expedia rep called us back and said our photos were proof enough and that they would work with their legal team to obtain the refund. I have already initiated formal documentation to Wyndham corporate and will file a report with the BBB.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean when we got there but they didn’t clean it the second day. They also only had one bath towel in the bathroom. No phones in the rooms. But breakfast was good. And room was nice.

The breakfast was terrible. The bread and pasteries were dry and stale. The building needs is old and need a good cleaning. The staff however, were wonderful.

Our bathroom had broken tile. Shower head was out together very poorly. Shower rod was hooked on poorly. Shower tub was very high off the floor, if not for my husband I would’ve slipped and fallen when getting out of the shower.
