"Obwohl ich bei der Buchung angegeben habe dass ich mit einem Hund anreisen werde und kein Widerspruch kam, wurde mir das gebuchte Zimmer verwehrt.
Statt dessen würde mir ein Zimmer in einem anderen Fletcher Hotel, eine halbe Stunde entfernt angeboten in dem Hunde erlaubt sind.
Das Haus hatte nicht mehr Komfort als eine Jugendherberge.
Zimmer Service fand nicht statt.
Das Personal im Restaurant eher unfreundlich.

"Die Zimmer hatten keine Dämmung daher im Sommer 30 Grad ohne Klimaanlage, Das ganze Hotel hatte eine Renovierung nötig. In meinen Augen ist es kein 4 Sternehaus"
