Magical at night. Wonderful to wake up while the mist was still hanging and watch PR come to life. A world away, but really only a few minutes from downtown PR. Everything we needed, clean and organized. A perfect stay. Thank you.

My guests and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private property. The house was perfectly equipped, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms, making it easy to settle right in. The two decks were an added highlight, especially in the evenings when the weather was cooler. We would gladly recommend this home to others and would be delighted to return for another visit!

There is really a mouse infestation IN the house. They ate an entire bowl of pistachios. Then we found the shells under a pillow in one of the bedrooms. There was mouse poop and other stuff around the house on the floor, carpet, counters etc.Also, there were dirty clothes in one of the bedroom drawers. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything we need. The views were beautiful. It was quiet and private. The king beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the other room because of the evidence of mice or something in there.

Breathtaking spot

My family and I loved this VRBO. The view is unbeatable, I could live there all year!It’s only 5 minutes from downtown, so it’s quite convenient to get places. We loved everything from the shuffleboard table to the hot tub to all the couches to the free salsa and chips and swag.

This property was a beautiful getaway for myself, husband, 2 kids and in-laws. The home was impeccably clean, well appointed, and has such an amazing and peaceful view. Even though it is less than 10 minutes from downtown, you feel like you are worlds away up in the hills.

Great house for weekend getaway

House was spotless and had all new bedding and linens, plenty of extras. Heat worked great and the gas stove was adorable and threw enough heat. Appliances all worked well. The view was terrific and it was conveniently located for downtown access. A great choice for a family or two couples.

Beautiful Anniversary Trip!

My husband and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary in beautiful Paso Robles. We enjoyed this property immensely for the views, the privacy and peaceful atmosphere. Everything was smooth and easy with check-in as the property manager and communication was excellent! The beds were incredibly comfy and the interior gorgeous just as pictured. We appreciated the proximity to downtown Paso as well as wineries. We even spent a day visiting beautiful Cambria! Thank you for sharing your incredible property with us. We will be back!

Beautiful & comfortable hilltop escape

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was clean, beautifully laid out and we felt very welcomed and supported during our stay. It was a wonderful place to cozy up by the fire indoors and to enjoy the fantastic deck space outside. Our only feedback was that shower water pressure could be improved, but this may just be a consequence of being on top of the hill. Highly recommended regardless!

Lovely Paso Robles home

Our stay at this lovely Paso Robles home was wonderful. The house is set on top of a hill with a great view and the sunrises are beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It’s a great spot for visiting downtown Paso Robles too.

Perfect escape for a sister getaway

This house is cute as all heck. Exactly as pictured. Great views, different in every direction. Loved the sunsets over the hill. So many spaces to enjoy, inside and outside. Quick and caring responses from management on questions and one issue (that was resolved nearly immediately). Hoping my sister and I will be back someday.

Quiet oasis with amazing views of downtown Paso

I live locally and wanted to have a fun get away for my sister who was visiting from the east coast. It was just 2 of us staying, but I can see how this would be a great layout for a family. The upper game room with sweeping glass windows with views for miles is situated on it is own above the garage - this room was the best part. The sunrise in the morning and twinkling lights of Paso in the evening were amazing. The kitchen is well appointed, the whole house was spotless. There are multiple layers of decks, which again make this ideal for families and some separation. We walked into town on a leisurely 25 mins walk. Parking is easy and there are gorgeous trees all around the property and lots of wildlife to enjoy.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

The house, property, and management team were all we could have hoped for and then some. My husband and I stayed here for our 20 year anniversary (honeymooned in Paso Robles). We wanted privacy, space, and a bit of luxury. We were not at all dissapointed. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was extremely clean, modern, and we found nothing broken or dated. The games were a fun little treat and the spa was clean and in working order. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and next time, we'll bring the kids!

Breathtaking Views + the Perfect Home Away From Home

Wow! Truthfully, we booked this property in a rush and didn’t even know what a beautiful home we would arrive to! The Avantstay team has gone above and beyond in their seamless communication process and in adding unique opportunities to add on to enhance your stay. The property was breathtaking and the home itself was perfect for our group- three couples and one toddler- to enjoy and have plenty of space to spread out in. The upstairs bonus area was such a nice additional space to be able to spend time as a group after the baby had gone to bed. We enjoyed the hot tub and all of the beautiful photography/artwork around the home. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to Paso and hope to spend more time in this beautiful home/property on our next visit! Thank you to the Avantstay team for a great experience and for opening such a beautiful home to us!

40th Laid Back Weekend

We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect to drive downtown but not have far to go afterwards. The house was perfect for two couples and a single friend. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the amount of people we had. The views were so nice. We enjoyed our time.
