The house is conveniently located near the downtown area, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, stores. We very much enjoyed our stay - the decor and furnishings were welcoming and the house was clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The property manager responded very quickly to inquires prior to arrival and during our stay. He also provided an excellent list of restaurants, wineries, breweries and coffee shops. We recommend this rental and will stay here again when visiting Paso. (To be noted: We appreciated the comments regarding the street noise so our expectations were set before arriving and it did not detract from our experience.)
I made a mistake and booked this place for one day in advance of when we were in Paso. The host, Eric, graciously made the place available with only a few hours warning on the night we were actually there. The house itself was awesome. My wife is wanting to remodel our bathroom so it looks like the one in this house. Thank you, Eric.
We spent a week in Paso Robles exploring the area and vineyards. The property was conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and was well equipped. Other than the street noise, we had no complaints and would recommend this property.
This cozy home was perfect for our stay! House was very clean and perfectly located. There is a market a block away and the main downtown area was close enough to walk to. The wineries we visited were 10-20 minutes away as well. I would definitely recommend to a friend and hope to stay again.
Can't say enough good things about the house - great location, extremely clean and well-appointed, easy walk into town and only an eight minute drive to Sensorio. Communication with our host both before and after our stay was quick and easy and we definitely appreciated the restaurant recommendations. We so enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone passing through Paso. Thanks so much.
This house is beautifully updated and very well stocked. Comfy beds and great location except for the traffic noise. But when youâre on the main street itâs to be expected, and we got used to it. Eric was extremely prompt in responding to questions and had great recommendations for where to go. We had a great time and would recommend Ericâs home.
Traveled to Paso for a few days with another couple. None of us have been to Paso in a few years. Overall the house was a good place for us two couples. Spring St is a busy, noisy street going through town. When did that happen? đ House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed mattresses in both rooms funneled you toward your bedmate in the middle đ Thisis a good place to consider if you are spending a few days in Paso.
Spent the weekend staying in this little Spring Street house. Overall the house was quite lovely. Though located on a very busy street, the traffic noise died down in the evening.
The property was cute and cozy and worked well for our needs. There was a few not so great issues:
- No âwelcome to our homeâ instructions anywhere. Took us over an hour and the need to text for help just to ge the television working. It turned out we needed to turn on the cable boxâŠ..it would have been NO ISSUE had there been a little card with instructions.
- There was about 1/4 of a roll of paper towels on the roll int he kitchenâŠ.but no replacement roll to be found.
- The house utilized 1ply toilet paperâŠ.come on, spring for 2-ply.
- The drawer in the bathroom that housed the blowdryer had quite a few long dark hairs stuck to the bottom. Gross. My hair is silver and very shortâŠ.soâŠ..it was not cleaned out from previous guests. AgainâŠ.come on.
Apart from the items listed above the house was lovely, that being said, these things are very easily remedied, I hope they are taken to heart, if so, we will certainly be back!
