Private house and pool with ocean views- 15 min walk to Beach

Experience our elegant private home, complete with a fence and a private pool, situated on the southeast coast of Patillas, Puerto Rico, located 2 hrs from the San Juan airport. The house is within walking distance to the beach (a 15-minute walk). It offers a quiet place for a relaxing Puerto Rican vacation in an authentic beachside community. It is ideal for a family who wishes to spend a pleasant stay in complete tranquility, far from the hustle and bustle of hotels.

NOTE: We provide limited battery backup power during electrical outages.

Casa Tropical is a large, comfortable, affordable second-story vacation rental home with three bedrooms with A/C, two bathrooms on the main floor, and an extra full bathroom downstairs. It is fully equipped with full-size appliances, a living room, and a primary bedroom seating area. It also provides a completely fenced-in, beautiful private pool.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. ONLY the 3 bedrooms have an A/C unit
2. During electrical outages in Patillas town, we offer a limited emergency battery power backup to help you stay comfortable. During an outage, the lights throughout the house will remain on, and the refrigerator, fans, and TV will continue to function. However, the following appliances cannot be available for use since the system WILL NOT have the power needed, and you will turn off the system, so avoid plugging them in: ** Microwave, hair dryer, water heater, washer, and dryer. Also, the A/C should not be available. ** IMPORTANT WARNING** Using any of the appliances listed above will drain the battery, cutting off ALL electricity. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss of backup power that may occur if you connect any unauthorized appliances. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure you have the necessary power. Also, we cannot assure that the time battery backup system will last. It all depends on the length of time electricity is out, weather conditions, and your usage.
3. Parking - Provide parking for 2 cars.
4. We only provide a limited amount of toilet paper and shampoo for the first 3 days of your reservation. We do not provide laundry soap. There is a store near the house where guests can purchase these items if needed, and while driving toward the house, there is a Walmart store.
5. Puerto Rico is a small island, and you can get around by car to just about any destination within 1 to 2 hours.
6. We require our guests to review our Short-Term Contract Agreement during the reservation process. By completing the reservation, the guest agrees and accepts all rules and regulations as stipulated in this document.

Guardarraya Beach in Patillas is located just alongside panoramic road #3. It is a beach frequented by families, who park between their palms to enjoy barbecues, the sun, and the beach. It is particularly interesting because its coast combines sand and river rock.

Inches Beach in Patillas is located just alongside road #3. Surfers frequent it for almost the whole year. It has waves that are perfect for practicing the sport. It is a unique beach because it does not have sand; its surface is of river rock.
