The reception staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly—definitely not the welcome you expect when checking in. The room itself was a letdown: it smelled musty and old, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning broke and had to be repaired during my stay. The hotel charges ridiculous prices for basic extras, which made the experience feel like a complete rip-off. The only good thing about this hotel is the accessibility and location. Avoid if you value your comfort and customer service.

Property is more like a 3.5 star. There was some areas of the building that was being remodeled or updated. Staff was friendly. Some minor issues wirh deposit box. Hate to say i had a bit of a roach in the bathroom problem a few nights out of a 4 night stay. Aside from that, it was a good rate for a good property in a great location.

I usually shower at least 3 times a day and they provide only one bath towel and one hand towel per day and the water in the shower was very cold not even lukewarm no matter what time of day and I don’t like cold showers
