This place was awesome. I had a great view of the side street facing the hospital and a tiny bit of the beach. 19th floor was great. Only thing i didnt have that i needed was an iron for my clothes. That actually was a big letdown. But it wasnt enough for me not to come back.

Nothing bad to say. The hotel it self is in a good location only a 5 minute walk to terminal 21 shopping mall and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. On top of that an overall clean and hip vibe. Room service and breakfast buffet were also very good. 5 star experience

Staffs are very attentive. They let me checked in earlier and checked out later which is very nice. I have asked for extra towels, utensils and they always delivered right away with a smile. My complaint is with the in room air-conditioning, it is either blowing really cold or not cold at all. I woke up multiple times every nights sweating. The washroom light and the fan are both using the switch, since the toilet and shower are connected with a door with a few big holes on, if you need to go to the washroom in the middle of the night, you have to literally keep the lights on for a while just to keep the fan running for the smell. Software is a hit and hardware is a miss.

Nice staff, Dusty rooms.

Rooms very dusty. My room had a lot of dust on the dividers separating parts of the room. I mean really old thick dust that needs a deep cleaning. The staff at the pool are very nice . The gym had complementary fresh fruits available. 800 baht for the breakfast buffet, no thank you.

This was my first time in Thailand and will definitely not be my last. The staff at the Siam Siam made my stay extremely pleasant and fun. The property is centrally located to all of the Bars, clubs, restaurants, Beach and other points of interest. It has very good, A.C., hot water and wifi, I also felt extremely comfortable walking around day and night. The staff went above and beyond to cater to the needs of the guess, especially a young lady named Orange. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive and, always with a big warm beautiful smile. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to family and friends.
