The room itself was fine. The location is great!! The check-in and out process is a joke. I donโ€™t want to join group chats to have to communicate with the place Iโ€™m staying. However, the thing that drove us nuts and others staying there is the keys and the elevators. You must have your key card to go up or down an elevator. Letโ€™s just say that there are two of you in a room and you have different things to do. There is no way that you can both go because you donโ€™t have keys to the room or elevators. Also everyday between 11-1 there are incredibly long waits for the three elevators. It is so not worth the hassle to stay here.
