I stayed at this hotel for 13 nights during late November and early December. The weather was excellent, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive, and I would like to share a detailed review to help future guests.
Room & Housekeeping
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team is outstanding; they consistently keep the room fresh and tidy throughout your stay.
Facilities
The gym and swimming pool are acceptable and serve their purpose, though they are not exceptional. The hotel also has a small shop, which is convenient if you need to buy essentials quickly. There is also a massage service and a salon available on-site.
Location & Accessibility
The location is decent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Transportation is very easy, as the hotel provides convenient access for getting in and out.
Food & Breakfast
The breakfast selection is good, with a variety of options to start your day.
Family-Friendly Environment
The hotel is very suitable for families and children. However, because many families stay here, it can be a little noisy at times.
Staff
The staff are excellent; friendly, attentive, and always trying their best to help with anything you need.

*For solo travelers, this hotel may not be the best choice if you want to be close to Pattaya’s main activity.
