Stay hotel is on Soi 10 is 5 min walk to Central Festival the large shopping center and food court. It is centrally located to all the "bar/entertainment" districts, Soi 6, Soi Bukhao and So1 13-13/3 are all within about 1/2 mile. Surprisingly, Soi 10 was very quiet at night which I appreciated.The hotel was very clean, Ac worked great, bed was firm but comfortable, good shower. The price makes it a great value. I didn't eat in the restaurant but drinks at the bar were very reasonable. Good security with key card activating elevator. Will definitely stay again given prices I've paid visiting Pattaya in the last 20 years. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient and had an adequate understanding of English.

My room was large, good size bathroom, large balcony, fresh towels and water everyday. Will say I took a look at one of the one bedroom suites and would definitely book if staying for a week or two.. Breakfast for me was excellent, left the eggs and bacon alone and ate Thai.. Good location for the bath buses, restaurants and bars and central is about a 5 minute walk

Great location, fantastic bathrooms and rooms. Well equipped and lovelty staff. A regular go to. It would be good to see the internet quality improve. Last trip it was very consistent but this trip the WIFI was often dropping out.

do not expect too much, U R paying 4 location.

Location is convenient if you like to be close to Central Pataya and Beach Rd where a lot of nigh activities are going on. 10-12 minutes walk to Walking st. 15-20 minutes walk to Soi 6. Staff are casual, not very attentive. Housekeeping kept missing stuff I kept asking them like extra towels, extra Toilet paper. The rooms are Super OLD. No View TV was a joke (a small dinky hotel with over the air reception with horrible quality) Amenities , very little, do not expect much Rooms can be noisy. Bed was a super old Spring Bed, not comfortable Shower was GOOD Pool was O.K. not that big but had some view of the Beach.

The staff were not very pleasant, and the city overall was disappointing. There was often an unpleasant odor in the streets, and the nightlife scene was overwhelming, with many adult entertainment establishments and escorts. Pattaya is not a family-friendly destination, as areas like Walking Street are highly explicit, with people openly promoting adult services and activities unsuitable for children.
