Completely restructured, it still retains its plasterwork, original floors and vaulted ceilings and is set in the middle of a system of circular farmyards, formerly a shelter for horses and mules used for agricultural work and for the transport of goods. Masseria Li Travaj is completely enclosed by ancient Salento stones.
