Dad's Legasea is an OCEANFRONT 4 Bedroom home with a loft. This FANTASTIC house has everything your family needs - well equipped kitchen, outdoor hot/cold shower, super TV, wifi, ice maker, coffee pot maker, and much more! Located on Springs Ave, this home offers direct Oceanfront views and access to the creek which makes it one of the best possible choices for any family looking to fish, float the creek and relax.
The loft, great for older children, welcomes the early morning sun off of the ocean and features two twin beds. Downstairs, the four additional bedrooms feature three queen beds and two twin beds. All three queen bedrooms have en-suite vanity with mirror and sink. The home features two bathrooms on the main floor and a half bath under the house with a full size washer and dryer.
This property has a traditional drip coffee maker.
Maximum Occupancy: 10
No Smoking. Pets allowed with approval.
Bed & bath linens included.
Saturday to Saturday ONLY rental during the summer months. Nightly and monthly rental available in shoulder season.
Please be aware of all golf cart regulations while renting on the Island.
