Cable was out the first night we were there came on next morning still asked for help over the phone to hook the TV up or get it going "NOTHING" NO MANAGEMENT ON PROPERTY TV DIDN'T WORK BATHROOMS WERE VERY SLIPPERY WHEN YOU COME OUT OF THE SHOWER I WOULDN'T ADVISE IT FOR ANYBODY HANDICAPPED OR ELDERLY OR UNSTABLE. WHEN NOTIFIED OF AN ISSUE IN A PROBLEM WITH THE TV ON DAY TWO NOBODY CAME TO HELP BECAUSE NOBODY WAS ON PROPERTY IT WAS LIKE" A COVID HOTEL"!

Pulled in and it's person-less check in. I knew that, so no concerns, just like most timeshares. But no one would respond. Response came a half hour later and we got in the room. Very basic, but we paid for that. No remote was the tough part. Texted about it, said one would come, blamed the prior guest and not the cleaning crew who could have noted there was no remote. So, no one ever came. No cable is fine, I had apps I could use with the Roku, but we couldn't access them and that made for a boring stay and we heard every little sound through the walls as a result. We won't be back, but if the place is to maintain, they have to provide better service than AI generated responses and no follow through.

This is a contactless hotel, so checking in was a bit difficult especially booking through an outside platform. Best to book directly on hotel website. Beds weren’t very comfortable and there were No toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner). Booked for location (closest to venue visiting). Personally will not booking again, but that is just personal preference.

They do not have staff available to answer or return calls. I asked for a rollaway at purchase and followed up with two phone calls. Left a message requesting confirmation of a rollaway, that was never returned. At checkin i was informed no rollaway. An optional motel was $300. Clerk provided a fold out cushion and one person slept on the floor. Bathroom slate/tile floor is very slippery when wet. No fan in bathroom. Otherwise property was adequate and felt safe. Recent remodel made it fresh.

Got Milk?

The hotel was cheap so that was a bonus but when we arrived, there was a old carton of someone elses milk left in our fridge. Gross.... and as soon as we checked in the power went out in the whole motwl with zero communication as to what was happening or when it wipo be back on. We left and came back much later that night and iy was back on. But we did not get to freshen up from our long drive and had to go straight to our event sweaty and gross.

This hotel had great reviews, but I honestly don’t understand how. The room was dirty, with garbage left in the bathroom windowsill and inside one of the drawers. The front door didn’t fit the frame properly, so there was light coming in from the top and bugs getting in from the bottom. The bed frame was noisy, and the box spring was extremely dirty. We also found hair on the sheets that clearly wasn’t ours. Extra bath towels were kept on an open rack outside, which didn’t feel clean or secure. Although the refrigerator worked, it didn’t have a small freezer compartment, and the front office couldn’t accommodate this need. I would include photos to show these issues, but this review platform doesn’t allow uploads.
