The charming Istrian stone house can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. An outdoor pool is available for private use so you can relax and enjoy even the hottest summer days. Enjoy the comfort of a pool dome that can be closed. This is ideal for winter days as the property is open all year round. The dome protects 100% from UV and the pool is heated. On the ground floor is the cooking and dining area as well as a separate WC. On the first floor is the living room and a cosy bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Villa Julijud is an ideal place to get away from it all and spend an unforgettable holiday. A professional charging station for electric vehicles with a maximum output of 22 kWh has been installed.
