Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, chairs, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub with jets.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, a desk, and patio access.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a cable TV, a desk, and deck access.



This home also includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in steam shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway and garage parking for 4 vehicles.

• A deposit of $500/month is due prior to check-in to cover the cost of utilities for this home. Once utilities are deducted from this deposit at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If the cost of utilities should exceed the allotted $500/month. Please note that guests are required to cover the difference. Customer Care Team will collect deposit.

• This home is pet friendly. Up to two small dogs are permitted. Please do not leave pets unattended in the house. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $250 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
