I can’t say enough, good things about this hotel, and the staff. Going above and beyond is a regular event for them. Anything I needed, I received. Even the things I didn’t think I could ask for, such as the use of a room to take a shower after I had already checked out. The rooms are spectacular! The pool area overlooks the ocean and the sun loungers are the most comfortable I’ve ever had. The lounge and restaurant area are breathtaking and some of the most comfortable that I’ve experienced. The beach is literally steps away. People say that, but it’s actually true. In this case. The entrance to the beach is right next to the hotel. Restaurants, bars, and cafés are all walking distance. No need to rent anything. To be honest, I could’ve passed my time without leaving the hotel and had an amazing stay. But the best part of this hotel is still the staff ❤️❤️

Breakfast options were rather limited. The room had some issues with mosquitoes, and the air conditioning and lights occasionally didn’t work as expected, which made it a bit difficult to rest well. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful, though the breakfast service could be improved. We were also informed about monkeys in the area, and indeed, they could access the bathroom space, so it’s good to keep that in mind. If you’re comfortable with geckos, mosquitoes, and the occasional monkey visiting during your stay, this place might be suitable. However, the lighting around the property was quite dim, and the stone walls were rather rough — we even got a few scrapes from them. There was also construction taking place across from our room on the roof, and with the open shower design, it felt a little lacking in privacy. Overall, it wasn’t the most restful stay for us, and we decided to move elsewhere for a night just to have a better sleep.

Indonesia is very hot and humid. We stayed in a villa down near the bottom pool. Sleeping was comfortable in the airconditioned sleeping pod however in the bathroom is is hard to feel comfortable as the heat is overwhelming and I come from Brisbane Australia - known for it's humidity. Further there is electrical plug in the bathroom so you cannot dry or style hair. Then no mirror near electical switch in sleeping pod or bedroom area. There is also no where to sit in the room so you need to sit outside. The lighting is very romantic however impossible if you want to apply make up.

All the staff were very kind and the property was beautiful. However, the hot water wasn’t always available, and I recommend bringing mosquito repellent. The breakfast was amazing!

We stayed in the Villa. Overall experience was great except I could not believe that when we requested a bucket of ice. They make you pay for a bucket of ice??? We spent $3000 in a villa, and they charged for ice. Unheard of! Also, the food in the restaurant is okay! Better off eating outside of the resort.

We loved staying at suarga. The air curtain, air conditioning is amazing. The rooms are lovely with plantation shutters allowing privacy but airflow, bed was comfortable. 2 pools beach access next door. Plenty of restaurants close by.Staff amazing as was breakfast. Highly recommend hotel
