Lovely location. Extremely clean.I never received check in information and finally asked via the app at 1pm on check in day. No response. I asked again when I was leaving around 4 pm via the app and text. (I had a 4 hr commute). It took some time to get a response. There was a serious lack of privacy. Although there was a key pad lock on the bedroom itself, the hall and bathroom were located in the lower half of a split level home with lots of family member activity. Smaller children running and what seemed like jumping above the bedroom was disruptive and jarring. The TV in the room was the size of a small computer monitor screen (much smaller than the one I use at work) and too many feet away to see/hear it for me to consider using it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom (just an empty container). Although the listing says there are a washer and dryer available to use, it was just the opposite. The appliances were either in use or strategically blocked from use. I only stayed one night of the two I paid for and would not consider booking this again.
