The only villa I'd like to stay at again!

It was my 6th or 7th time in Cyprus and this is the first villa I'd be happy to stay again at. Everything was perfect starting from very warm welcome from host Ekaterina, who was very patient and caring. And finishing with the villa itself. It has perfect location just by the sea - so you can swim right there (you may just need swim socks as the surface is a bit rocky). Easy access to the main street (2 min drive or 10 min walk) with shops and restaurants. Approx. 10 min to the Coral Bay beach. The villa has everything you may need - big pool, comfy beds, fantastic view, wash machine, dishwasher etc. I didn't notice any old furniture or anything that requires renovation, we had everything we needed for stay with 2 kids.

Absolutely stunning location

The setting of this Villa is outstanding and the sea can be directly accessed from the bottom of the garden. The garden is also modern and well set out. However, the interior of the villa is tired, other than the kitchen. The dining room table and chairs are dated and the chairs have seen better days with the vinyl/leather worn in places. The living room configuration means you cannot access one pair of patio doors as the sofas are lined along it, and it doesn’t allow you to appreciate the view. The sofa’s are also quite old and dark and not inviting to sit on. The bedrooms need some attention only one has a wardrobe and none of them have a dressing table to enable you to get ready, the master is also dark and dated. Unfortunately the basement immediately smells of damp and is a rather foreboding place, there is a bathroom with sauna down there and a “games” room which appears to have a sofa & TV!! For us the garden is luxury but the villa is not. Ekaterina, the manager is lovely, warm and very happy to help. We made the most of our holiday, but without a revamp of the Villa, we wouldn’t repeat stay.
