In the hamlet Bodone 12 km from the centre of Gravedona, 60 km from the centre of Como, 64 km from the centre of Lugano, in an elevated position on a slope, 12 km from the lake. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 30.Apr.. 5 km long steep, narrow motor access to the grounds (mountain road). Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 5.5 km, railway station "Colico", sandy beach "Gravedona" 12 km, grass beach "Gravedona" 12 km.
