For a family holiday in the south of the Bigouden region, we offer this new house of 100 m², on a large enclosed garden of 800 m². Located 300 m from the coast, with a walking path, you will discover an ideal setting for walks and outdoor activities.
Designed to accommodate 8 people, the house is distributed over two levels. On the ground floor, you will discover a large living area, with a new and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. You will find induction hobs, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso type) will help you start the day well.
Facing the kitchen, the large dining room table welcomes you for your meals. You can also have meals on the terrace and enjoy delicious barbecue grills. The visit of the living area ends with the lounge, which has a corner sofa and a television, to relax in front of a good film or vibrate in front of a sporting event. The ground floor continues with a master bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower, as well as an independent toilet.
Upstairs, three rooms are available to you: the green room, with a double bed (140x190), the flowery room with 2 single beds (90x190), and the exotic room, which also has 2 single beds (90x190). Another bathroom with shower, bathtub and hairdryer is also located upstairs, as well as an independent toilet.
For added comfort, a washing machine is made available to you. You can also park two vehicles on the plot.
