After your sessions, relax in the fully enclosed garden, where children can play safely, dry wetsuits or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The equipped terrace invites you to share outdoor meals. Located in the immediate vicinity of the GR34 coastal path, the coastal trail will lead you to the charming port of Kérity and its market, as well as to the fishing port of Guilvinec and its fishing heritage centre. It's the ideal stopover for a family of surfers seeking activities, nature and comfort.



Step through the front door and discover a large living space of over 45m2 opening onto the terrace and garden. The open-plan, modern kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and provides you with everything you need to cook as at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle and toaster are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 6 people, or take advantage of fine weather to lunch outdoors on the terrace. The lounge, cosy and comfortable, invites you to extend your evenings on the sofas, facing the television.



The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. On the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) opens directly onto the lounge. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200 cm) and a storage cupboard, as well as another bedroom equipped with two double beds (140x190 cm each) and a cupboard, ideal for teenagers or children.



The accommodation has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower, the other upstairs with a bath and toilet. A second independent toilet is also located on the ground floor.



For added comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal.



Additional heaters are available if necessary.



You can park up to three vehicles in the courtyard and can store bicycles, paddleboards or surfboards in the garage.
