No place to park everything was full. Breakfast was ok. Not real quiet heard every door close. Riom was clean and beds wete comfortable. We'd stay there again.

Location is perfect for exploring the downtown area! The room was clean and the bath towels were so soft and absorbent! Breakfast was well stocked and there was a decent variety of options. Options for folks with food allergies were limited, however. (We have dairy and egg allergies to watch out for) Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay here again in the future.

Great for the money. Nice Hotel

Room was clean. Staff was super friendly. Healthy options for my daughter and freshly made waffles for the not so healthy members of the family. My daughter also said the gym was nice and had water available for her water bottle. Hotel also had vending machines and laundry availability. Walking distance to some restaurants. So close to the park and less than 5 minutes from Hershey Story

Property is very clean. Staff was not mean but was also not very welcoming. The shower situation was terrible as the water did not drain after 1 person taking a shower. Had to wait 35mins for it to go down.

Great place to stay when in Hershey. Conveniently located within walkable distance to several restaurants. The staff is friendly. The property is clean. The night we stayed there, the lights in the parking garage did not work which I felt was a little unsafe but may have been an isolated incident. The rest of the property was well maintained, even decorated for fall.

Property was easy to find and clean, staff was VERY helpful, my daughter needs to use a wheelchair and we were not able to leave the parking lot on foot due to the water run off grates at both ends, her wheels could not go over the grates but otherwise breakfast was good, beds were comfy and room was quiet. Hershey Park was VERY close. Central to all Hershey attractions.

The only issue I had was trying to turn on the shower. The handle was turned off so tight, it wouldn't move! I finally used my brute strength! Ha ha! Otherwise it was very nice. I would stay there again.
