The lady at the check in counter was very nice. The hotel was clean and seemed updated from our last stay. The only complaint would be the uncomfortable bed and pillows. We woke up with sore backs. My daughter slept on the pull out bed which was like sleeping on a bed of springs. We were glad it was just for one night.

Beds were a little stiffer than my liking. The toilet ran constantly not super loud but loud enough to be annoying. Breakfast didn’t have as many options as other and also had missing items from that. No fresh fruit. Only had apple juice everything else out. Had eggs and sausage. Waffle mix out. Had white bagel and white bread. Rasin bran and that’s it.

I enjoyed the stay, the friendly and helpful staff watching the amenities for cleanliness, coffeeness, and responsive to My needs as a recovering Veteran .. I used a cane, and my feet were not as obedient to movements, I tripped in the Hallway but I didn't fall, however I heard 5 Staffers all gasp and check if I was OK. May God bless your Hotel in the Fairfield Country tradition it deserves..

I have stayed here multiple times when visiting for work. I always arrive in the middle of the night & they still have someone greet me upon arrival. Basic breakfast but the hotel is the best option in the area

Staff was nice and breakfast was decent. The facilities need a major upgrade. Our air unit was SO noisey all night. Our room smelled when we entered. Wallpaper was peeling off. The bathroom had NO fan, products were empty. It didnt seem all that clean.
