This is the perfect cabin. Wonderful layout. Plenty of room for two families. Stocked with all the essentials. Close to many waterfalls. We had a great time!

Amazing house, exceeded our expectations. Home was incredibly clean and perfect setup for 3 couples. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom split between the 3 levels. Hosts were very communicative beginning prior to our stay. We never had any issues with the property and the hosts were super kind and responsive. House was well stocked with more than we needed. The mountain views are incredible and the home is completely remodeled with high end finishes. Location feels remote, but a short drive to town. Would gladly stay again and again!!

We had the most amazing experience here. We used it as our getting ready for our wedding at Jump off Rock. Room for everyone. Beds were very comfortable with good quality sheets. Beautiful view. Would stay again. So happy we chose to stay here for the wedding.

Everything advertised about the property is exactly as we experienced it. Wonderful, remote location. Beautiful views with a never-ending sky. The house was well-appointed and comfortable. A great location to explore Pisgah, Dupont, and the surrounding area.

What a little piece of heaven! The setup on this house was wonderful with basically three master bedrooms on three levels with an added bonus bedroom on the top floor, which makes it great for three couples or a large family.The house is impeccably clean, well stocked, has a view for miles, and the owners have put together a wonderful book with restaurant & brewery recommendations along with very helpful hiking options. And the location is so convenient to everywhere: Brevard, Mills River (Sierra Nevada a must for anyone who has never been!), and Hendersonville. Upon recommendation from the owner, we checked out Jeter Mountain Farm, which is just a few miles from the house. What a find! We went by to kill time on the first day before checking into the house and had such a great time that we went back the following weekend with our grown kids to pick blackberries & peaches. Can't wait to go back in the fall to pick apples!Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Fabulous getaway

We loved our week at this getaway. The house is spacious with a lot of great extras. The two showers are fantastic. There are swings downstairs and a porch swing off to the side of the house that feels like being in a garden. Our granddaughter loved the hidden playroom. There were 6 of us and we could have comfortably added 2 more. We had a lot of visits from birds, chipmunks, squirrels, and rabbits. We enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife. We had plenty of parking for 3 SUV’s and no issues with the driveway. We had one question about a fan and the property manager and owner quickly got in touch. This home is close to both Hendersonville and Brevard. We come to the area every school break and this was one of our favorite homes.

Greatly enjoyed Bird's Eye View, the location, views, decor, supplies, really all aspects. Close to the places and activities of interest to us, fly fishing for trout, hiking, checking out waterfalls, shopping, visiting restaurants and breweries. The owner provided information on sites and activities for the area based on their personal visits and experiences. We found this information very valuable and enjoyed the results. We would definitely return.

Bird's Eye Rocks!

We had an awesome weekend with friends at this amazing property. House was beautiful inside with large windows on all sides. Well stocked with comfortable beds. The house offers excellent views, privacy, and quiet serenity.Great communication from host.

Great for large group!

This stay was perfect for a girls weekend! It’s close to Hendersonville and Brevard, and about 30-40 minutes to Asheville. The property is beautiful, the views are great and the house was well stocked. Everyone had nothing but great things to say. We’d love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay between Brevard and Hendersonville

Our family with elementary aged children enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin! The hosts were wonderful - they gave us great local recommendations for activities and dining. They left the cabin stocked and clean for us. The cabin views are outstanding and there is plenty to do in the cabin. There are also so many wonderful places within a quick drive. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Perfect Getaway House!

Our family just returned from a week stay in this perfect Birds Eye view house. First I will say our hosts Dave and Marie were wonderful and probably the best experience we ever had. Not only did they provide a very detailed book of the house and recommendations for the area they allowed us to check in almost a full half day early. They immediately texted me once arrived asking if we needed anything and even offered to call me to go over in depth the questions I had about their recommendations. I got a text back immediately anytime I had a question, would book this place again just based on the hospitality alone. The house itself had breathtaking views of the mountains, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of space for all your sleeping needs. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms had very big showers. You literally don’t need to bring anything during your vacation, the house was full of every kitchen appliance, towels, games, trash bags, cleaning suppliers you name it! They even left us a s’mores kit with all the essentials needed for a family fire. The fire pit was perfect and at night you can look up and see many stars, with a telescope in the home. If you have kids I will say there is a secret oasis for them to enjoy inside not listed in the pictures. I don’t want to give it away but it is a perfect surprise for the kiddos. The location was close to everything you could possibly do in the area. Loved our stay and will stay here again the next time we visit NC!

Happy house!

This beautiful NC mountain home was delightful for our family Christmas gathering! We were grateful for the Christmas decor inside and out that our hosts provided! Three generations, three levels of good beds/bathrooms/privacy. The working kitchen was perfect for group meal prep 
 and a table to seat all at mealtime. The playroom was a favorite for our grandchildren. They left a message on the chalkboard saying “Goodbye best house in the world (besides home)”. We all had such a happy time in this happy house! Everything was as described. Check-in and out were easy and the hosts highly accommodating with prompt responses. Thank for for sharing Bird’s Eye View with us!

Perfect Mountain Retreat

Stayed over Thanksgiving and would highly recommend! Plenty of room and accommodations for everyone ages 8 months-72. Beautiful views, well stocked house (it was Thanksgiving and the house kept providing those seldom used items that we forgot), and generous host that has excellent communication. The house is also in a perfect location. It's on 3.5 acres so feels secluded but there are neighbors not too far, 15 minutes to grocery store and in DuPont so tons of great trails nearby.
