Beautiful home. Very comfortable bed in the primary bedroom with beautiful bathroom and full laundry room connected. Open floor plan is very helpful for families. Great Restaurants close by and large store grocery chain. Smart tvs! Rental company very attentive with text communications and in person responses. Elevator needed servicing which was resolved and worked during our stay. Unfortunately, the patio fireplace only worked first night and the follow up on troubleshooting this did not happen. Paid for pool heating, and Pool was truly heated. Additional tip, bring all toiletries needed, no starter kits in bathrooms except hand soap.

The house is very comfortable and well layed out. We enjoyed the pool almost every day. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well stocked with items we needed to cook our meals. Location is great and easy to get to town. Elevator was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Place for a Big Family

We completely loved our stay with our large extended family. There were so many outside areas to hang out in, and the house had everything we needed. The location and proximity to both the gulf/beach and a dock and beach on the bay side were amazing! We walked everywhere, and rented a golf cart from the listing group that we utilized frequently as well. The only feedback we had was about the elevator. It wasn’t intuitive to use, and our grandparents had a hard time using it. Also, it would have been nice to know when workers were coming to cut the grass or service the pool! We’d definitely stay again!

Outstanding Views!

Our family used this property for our daughters wedding reception and beach ceremony. Family member's stayed at the property over the weekend. It was the perfect location, had an abundance of room, was very well kept and just beautiful overall! I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a large group

Everything was great at this home. We all enjoyed it! We had 20 people and there was plenty of space to park, sleep and get ready for a wedding in Pensacola. Highly recommend.

Beautiful House!

Nice house- plenty of private rooms (as adults, we didn’t utilize the bunks really, but I could see where it could be great for a family.) Plenty of towels, soft linens, five refrigerators! Great ice machine. Desperately needs a large skillet or two for cooking and better knives for chopping, slicing, and a spatula. But, plenty of room for dining. Great stovetop. Double dishwashers. Location - I was imagining it to be a little closer to the restaurants, shops at the boardwalk, but just hire a golf cart to come pick you up (Island Breeze)

Amazing! This house was super comfortable and perfect for our group! The beach was a short walk from the house, the living and kitchen area was perfect for gathering and being together. That giant round table was great for playing card games together, and the large TV was perfect for watching playoff games. Loved this house!!!

Parent’s birthday trip

My mom and dad wanted a getaway to the beach and this house was perfect! We’re a small group so we had plenty of room. The house looks exactly like the photos. Communication with the property management was easy and responses were very prompt. I highly recommended this home.

Amazing place!

Altogether we had 4 families stay in this house, 8 adults and 8 kids (all under 10). This house was so accommodating. The pool, hot tub, outdoor patio area, and spacious layout was perfect. There was a foosball table, basketball games, wagons, beach toys, paddle boards, bag boards, etc provided! A short walk to the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. I would recommend this house to any large groups looking to stay in this area.

The Perfect House

The property was beautifully decorated, and it had so much space. The kitchen was great to cook in and visit with everyone at the same time. It has a very nice screened in patio with a fireplace, which was very nice on cool nights. WE ALL LOVED IT!!

Absolutely amazing !!! The ONLY problem was the unbelievably cold weather. But, no one’s Fault. There were 9 adults and 4 children, with plenty of room. We made wonderful memories. It will be tough to top this year.

Wonderful stay!

We booked this for our wedding week with our bridal party and it was awesome! There was so much room to accommodate all the different couples and even had room for kids as well. The ground floor was the ultimate hang out spot for everyone and we all had a blast! Would highly recommend this place to families or large friend groups! We hope to stay here again one day!

Needs Improvement

Improvement on cleaning- dirty towels left out, counters needed to be wiped, trash cans were full, garage unorganized, outside counters dirty. We ended up washing the towels and cleaning the place. Improvement on communication- Gulf Coast Getaways told me there was a bonus king bed room that was not listed on the description. Long story short, there is not. We lost out on money as we then had to send family out last minute to get a hotel. GCG there was nothing they could do to compensate their miscommunication. Description Improvement- The queen bedroom has their on bath. The King is the room with shared bath. It was stated backwards in description. Overall, the house itself was nice but I will not be booking with GCG again due to their miscommunication and unwillingness to help find a solution.

Family Reunion

This property was absolutely perfect! We could not get over how the use of space was so well thought out! If we had multiple families with young kids, the bunk beds included with the larger bedrooms would have been perfect - looks like perhaps they repurposed the original space - so clever! We utilized everything from the pool, to the backyard , the outdoor kitchen and relaxing space. The views from every floor were great too. We realy liked that we were able to walk easily to either the bay or the beach. Perfect for our group of different ages - people could easily come and go from bay to beach to pool by foot rather than car. We also took advantage of both the kayak and the paddle board -perfect for viewing the sunset! Also, the kitchen was very well equipped for large group - plenty of plates, utensils, and large cookware. Two dishwashers - brilliant! Could use a few items like salt and pepper, olive oil, fresh sponge but not a big deal. We brought our own gate for the stairs (for walking baby) but might be nice to keep one at the house. We did have a problem with one of the toilets and needed a hot tub check - both issues were resolved quickly and easily. We were impressed how responsive the managment company was. Overall, we are so glad that we splurged to rent this property - it was worth it and we hope to come back again soon! We really appreciate that you allow dogs as well. We didn't see any other rental property that offered the same space, and amenities - defiinitely a gem!
