Great Place for the price.

A 2 min walk to beach access was great. House was clean and neighbors were quiet and friendly. For the price compared to surrounding properties, you can’t go wrong. Would stay here again.

Great Location and Price

Would most likely stay again based on price and location. Cleanliness could have been better, we found a few things that definitely needed to be cleaned, even when we mentioned it and they sent the crew back out while we were gone, we returned and even though we could tell the crew had been back they did not clean what we said specifically needed to be cleaned. Found a few cockroaches throughout our stay, however that could just be natural to Florida environment.

Can not brag enough!

The value/location/lodging was well above what I expected. The walk to the beach was such a short walk. Our dog was happy with the fenced-in area out back. All the restaurants are well within walking distance or a short drive. Plenty of sitting space and beds/bedding. We have Walmart and they delivered at 7 am every morning. i would most definitely stay here again!

Awesome beach house

The house was clean and comfortable. Access to the beach is right across the street. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings watching the waves. The neighborhood is clean and safe. We had ten in our group, plenty of room for all of us.

House was ok but Funiture very worn out and cushion coming apart, house very dated! No vertical blinds on front windows or dinning window, or patio door blinds, gas grill was rusted out and burner falling apart scared to use it! Had to use charcoal grill. Front deck wasn’t able to use and not in good condition and was told we couldn’t use it because needed work.not enough bed cover or quilts for beds.

not what we expected

We stayed last year at this property and had a wonderful experience. We were excited to go back. The property was not in good shape. The Tv's did not work there were no curtains or shades on the windows, the back bedroom smelled like mold and we could not use it. The toilet was unstable in one of the bathrooms and we could not use it. We called 4 times and explained the situation and they told us that someone would call us back- but never did. I want to be compensated for this trip. We would NEVER of expected a property to change for the worse after just one year.

Place was pretty nice on the inside. Loved it overall and loved the location. The exterior of the place does need a lot of work. It is the eyesore of the neighborhood. Also the deck you can go up to and enjoy the view of the ocean is pretty unstable and feels very unsafe so we did not use it

Overall Great Stay

Overall great stay. Property manager checked on us the first day and quickly addressed the couple of issues we had. This is a one level home, but does have a step down into the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. It has plenty of room, comfortable beds, easily sleeps 10-12, and is close to the beach. We had family staying for a wedding and were satisfied with the accommodations.

My family stayed here so we could be close to my son and his wedding party. Perfect location to the beach and a quiet street. House is a bit run down in the outside but inside was very roomy and updated. House was very well cleaned except the couch and carpet. Both had a very dog smell and the carpet had a lot of fur all over it, we had to air out the living room. The side porch was just ok and there was some kind of cage off the master bedroom with dog poop in it. We called it the prison. Very gross and horrible to look at. House would benefit from actual blinds, we used blankets in the big room to cover the windows. If these things were fixed I would 100% stay again.

Great location!

The location was perfect. The house was nicely updated. The outside and deck could use work. The grass was hanging over the barrier and made walking on the sidewalk uncomfortable.

Location was great. Overall the house was satisfactory. The ac in the house was spotty at best. The main area was cold but the ac in Master and large room with with the 5 twin beds very poor. There was trash throughout the outside of the house and under the upper balcony. There was dog remains throughout the front yard as well. The access to the beach was great. Overall you pay for the location to the beach. The management was great when I called about a small problem. Kitchen was great. Plenty of beds for everyone.

Bad stay at villa segunda

The stay started with terrible communication with the property manager. I emailed multiple times through VRBO and never received a response. On the day of check in I planned my arrival to be at the time of check in. When I arrived the place hadn’t started to be cleaned yet and they couldn’t give me an ETA of when it would be ready. I was promised a half night’s refund for the late cleaning that I never received. When they finally finished cleaning they left very few towels, so I had to request more be brought. Once I started looking around, the fence in the backyard was completely on the ground and looked very dangerous. The location is ideal but the issues with the property management company were very bad. I would not recommend staying at this location.

Lovely Home and Location

This home suited our needs perfectly for our two families, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home was well appointed with most every thing that you needed to enjoy your stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms and everything in between. The location to the beach couldn't have been more perfect for our crew it was an easy walk of a whole 1-2 minutes tops and you were in the water. I especially loved how large the living area is and how it allows for many people to sit together and relax, the kids loved the kid room and had a blast having space to hang out together. This isn't a new house and that's another reason we loved it, it's a comfortable unpretentious easy place to stay and relax and really enjoy the area. Being a single story home allowed the kids freedoms to come in and out with ease and they spent much time playing in the yard and porch. The property manager called on our 2nd day to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed and was super friendly. This is a home I'd stay in again and hope to soon. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Great Location

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving 2020. The house had plenty of room for our group of 8. It’s close to the beach entrance but far enough away from the tourist congestion. Although there wasn’t much congestion this time of year. My only thought is if you plan to cook for the number of people the house can hold, you may want to bring some cooking dishes. Other than that, we loved our stay and will come back to the area again soon!
