We spent the week to celebrate our anniversary and had a wonderful trip. The condo is perfectly located on the beach and set up is so convenient. All units have an ocean view which is great for watching the sunset each day. You have private beach access and the complex has two pools and a large hot tub, which was a great setup. There is a company, La Dolce Vita, that provides chair and umbrella rentals daily from 9am until 4pm. It's expensive, but makes it easy and convenient if you don't want to lug everything to the beach daily. The condo came equipped with linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. The kitchen has utensils and other items needed. It was great to be able to sit on the balcony every day and watch the ocean or to sit inside on the couch and see dolphins swimming by. We didn't have any issues with check-in or check-out and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. The only occurrence we had was shortly after we arrived. We were sitting on the couch reading through the check-in information and someone knocked once and then just entered the condo. They stated they were with the cleaning company and needed to take pictures. Which would have been fine with us, but we would have appreciated that they gave us time to even answer the door instead of just barging in and didn't just state who they were and start walking around taking pictures. It was very intrusive and not appreciated.

The beach & view were amazing! However, the beds were so broken down, the mattresses are caved in on the sides. The couch cushions were so thin & shoved down into the bed part we couldn’t use it. The codes to come & go were 6 digits…too hard to remember! The gate didn’t always work. The ELEVATOR!! Terrible! The ice maker & oven didn’t work, but the property mgr helped with that. We won’t stay there again.

We have it 2 stars because it met the bare minimum, it had working A/C and was mostly clean, great views and close to beach. Other than that the condo was in extremely poor condition, non-working appliances, broken furniture tile missing from all over the kitchen counters cabinet paint peeling plexiglass on back of bar coming apart and screws sticking out, mold all around the tile around both bathrooms, no carpet or rugs at all in the living areas which is fine but there was sand from coming in from the beach and the vacuum was also broken. It's really a shame that they are able to get top got dollar for this condo, and we weren't given any notice of all the broken things until the day before we got there. Vacasa rep did say there was a temporary counter oven to replace the broken one and that they don't have the time or the ability to do any repairs because the owner would not approve it. We also put in a ticket to try to get a different rental but they never got back with us. All in all we had a great time anyway but it was a very sad unloved condo. Another issue if you're staying in this condo, there are 17 floors and only one working elevator so checking in and checking out was ridiculous. I did not realize I could have added pictures to this review because everyone should be able to see what it really looks like before they pay a lot of money to rent it

Condo is exactly how described online and in the pictures, very clean and cute set-up. Of course it needs to be updated, however I dont see that happening anytime soon. The stove has been listed as broken for a long time, which we knew about in advance, we didnt need to use it. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of bathroom towels, which is rare for condos. The bathrooms did need bath mats to step on after your shower, just a suggestion. August is a perfect time to visit Pensacola Beach, as the beach and surrounding area is not very crowded. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Relaxing getaway

Had a wonderful time.The unit we stayed in was exceptionally clean and the view was fantastic. The oven didn't work (we were informed of this, but not until long after we had reserved and paid for the unit), but that wasn't an issue for us, and I thought the blender more than made up for that. We rested well with the great pillows in the rooms, I would definitely come back again.

Great time

This unit was perfect for our group. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Loved the beach and hot tub. Washer and dryer was useful. Great view from patio. Loved it here... 2nd bedroom could use new mattress in near future.

Great vacation rental!

Had an awesome stay here. Nice and clean, beautiful views and people were easy to deal with. We had a bit of trouble getting in because of problem with gate, but after that small hiccup, everything went smoothly.

Million dollar view of the Gulf. Enjoyed our stay greatly. Only a few things we would suggest. Upgrade the TVs, clean or replace the carpets and security boxes were an issue for us as well as others. We would definitely stay again.

Unit needs work

The oven did not work and we had to go elsewhere to cook. Repairman came but did not fix it. Kitchen cabinets were not in good shape and tiles were missing from counters. Chair had legs that were not sturdy.
