Everything was perfect! Mary was a pleasure to work with through the whole process. Grace had the condo spotless upon arrival. She went above and beyond to get some items we left behind to us. We stay at Beach Club every year. This unit will be our first choice from now on!

Just book it! Amazing views, wonderful host, beautiful unit. Mary, the property manager was very communicative and helpful. Check-in was a breeze as she provided all the codes needed so there was no need to stop at an office after a long trip. Wrap around views of the gulf and bay were breathtaking . Unit was stocked with all essentials. We appreciated that all the cabinets and lights were labeled- so helpful! I wish all rentals did this. We also appreciated little extras like spices for cooking and kuerig pods and creamer and coffee for the coffee pot. Beach club Tower is our favorite spot on Pensacola beach . We have been going for new years for 10 years ; it has been challenging finding nice 4 bedroom units - this one is the best 4 bedroom we’ve rented. Comfortably sleeps 6-8 adults . The amenities at Beach Club are too notch. Overall wonderful stay - will stay here again!

This was our 3rd stay at Beach Club and it was my favorite unit yet! We loved the spacious 4 bedroom design as well as the panoramic balcony views! The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with paper goods, toiletries, and kitchen supplies, even coffee and cream! The living room furniture and the beds all felt very luxurious. We loved the bedding so much I went home and bought a set for myself. The host Mary was so accommodating, friendly, and professional. We would absolutely book this unit again!

First off Mary was great, communication was awesome. Now on to the Condo. You want to stay here, the place is gorgeous, the views of the ocean from the all glass walls in the master, living and dining rooms are amazing. The private balcony overlooking the bay is also nice. each room having its own bathroom and shower is perfect. We are a family of 8 and we never felt crowded here. The facility as.a whole felt very secure. also indoor and outdoor pools for those that dont like the sand or rainy days was really nice. There are fabulous restaurants within walking distance to the condo. We will definitely reach out to Mary for our next trip to Pensacola.

Amazing place!

First off, it's hard to book a property by looking at just pictures, especially when you've never been to that area before.When I saw this property listed on VRBO, I had a couple of questions and emailed Mary, the owner. She promptly responded and answered my questions, then went a step further and sent me links of things to do and places to see in Pensacola. Our flight arrived 5 hours before check-in. Once we got to the property, I texted Mary and asked if we could just drop off our luggage. She graciously allowed us to put our luggage on the balcony while the condo was still being cleaned and prepped for us.My first impression was wow, pictures don't do this place justice. It's a beautiful condo with plenty of room for 8 people. And that view from the 15th floor balcony was worth the price alone. The condo is within walking distance of most bars and restaurants and the Boardwalk. The pool is very nice and bigger than pictures indicate with plenty of lounge chairs. The beach is beautiful, with white sand and gentle waves rolling in. If/when I come back to Pensacola, I will definitely stay at this property or one of her other properties. She was very approachable with any questions/issues and even took time out of her day to send texts asking if everything was ok. I've never had an owner do that before so it's much appreciated.

Wonderful property

You cannot beat the Beach Club for a condo stay in Pensacola. Mary’s property has a spectacular wrap around view and has all the comforts of home. She is dedicated to making your stay convenient and informed. We have stayed here for 4 years straight. Highly recommend.

A pleasant though disappointing stay

First let me say that we have stayed at the Beach Club at least 6x before this particular stay. Some units have been fantastic, others have been very nice. FOR THE PRICE, this unit was OK. It was generally clean though not thoroughly-hair in the drain, grit on the floor in some areas was disappointing. The unit itself is dated-chipping on wall corners - where there was decor it was cheap, ill suited, lifeless - imagine IDENTICAL, unattractive paintings hanging SIDE BY SIDE in the main hallway - yes, the same ugly painting TWICE. Kitchen cabinets were a dank dirty cream color which was bizzare w/the grey walls, grey sofas, and BRIGHT YELLOW accent pillows. Lest you think I’m being hyper-critical, we paid far more for this unit than any unit prior, &we’ve stayed in identically sized units before. While the cabinet labels were handy, they added to the feel that we didn’t pay top dollar
when we did. The place was dimly lit, bulb missing from a main living room light (replaced quickly after a text was sent), 2 guest rooms didn’t have TVs (a first for us at the Beach Club), most of the balcony furniture looked like something picked up off the side of the road
cheap & well-worn, the unit had no blender - NEVER been to any beach house/condo that wasn’t stocked with a blender. All that to say, the manager of the unit (Mary) & maintenance man (Jeff) were VERY kind &attentive - quick & responsive. While we loved our time at the beach, I will never book this unit again.

We had a wonderful time! The unit is beautiful and has amazing views of the beach. There is something for everyone with the beach, pools and hot tubs. I appreciate the attention to details with the property management and helpful communication.

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our 3 night stay and wish it could’ve been longer! It rained every morning but the weather cleared out to let us enjoy some beach time. Definitely recommend this property. We will definitely stay again!

This was a beautiful place to stay! The views were amazing and the property was clean and beautiful. We had views of the sound from one balcony and views of the Gulf from the other. The pool was nice and the whole property was well maintained. Great place!!

Amazing 4th of July Getaway!

This property was amazing! The views from all the large windows were breathtaking plus a huge balcony to sit and relax and hear the waves. We were able to see the fireworks perfectly from the sound side balcony. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and the distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Mary was a fantastic host and had great communication! We would love to come back again.

Lots of things within walking distance. Clean private beach and close to marina for deep sea fishing. Very nice condo and fit all 7 adults very comfortably and the view was just perfect!

Amazing family memories made!

This condo is as beautiful as the photos. The whole property is very nice. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is very clean and not too crowded. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The trolley picks up right out front (although we didn’t use it). It’s a short drive to the Publix. The view is fantastic!! Such a large patio and the other bedroom has a nice balcony on the sound side. Lots of extras in the kitchen. Plus a nice starter of paper products and soap which doesn’t always happen with a rental. The manager was always easy to contact and checked in on us after we arrived. We didn’t have any notable issues. I absolutely would stay here again.
