Great Stay

It was a great stay and plenty room for our friends and kids. I would say that it would be nice to stock up on basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid/dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We had to go buy our own which wasn't ideal because we were traveling and obviously didn't bring this all with us. The kitchen only had olive oil and no other condiments. The listing did communicate this to us but it still should be mentioned since we were at the grocery store alot. The blender wasn't working and they bought us a new one aswell as propane for the firepit that was empty when we got there. Overall its an amazing house though, very close to the beach and we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Problems

The house was great but the dishwasher and dryer did not work and had to be replaced while the upstairs sleeper sofa was broke. They were all replaced but they would only do it while someone was there. I spent beach time every day dealing with something what a waste of vacation time

Aqua Stay

The property shows very well online. Great location; walking distance to beach; and spacious. However, in reality, all soft surfaces (sofa, chairs, beds, outdoor cushions, towels, bed sheets) were severely stained, overly used, smelly and uncomfortable to sit on, sleep or use. These are significant issues if you staying for a week(s). I recommend to the owner to change/ remove the soft surfaces quarterly off season or twice a year for tax write off.

We were in town to get married. The wedding party and I stayed at the beach house. We were married at the national seashore not far away. The house was clean and plenty big enough for the bridal party to stay and get ready.

Summer Vacay with Family

We had a wonderful stay at the Aquamarine Bliss VRBO! We are a family of 7 adults and 4 kids age range 2-16 and had plenty of room to spread out. The views were great and the house was very clean. The house is in a great location, close to all the activities and the beach. We would stay here again :-)

Great Vacation Home but lacks supplies

The house is gorgeous and has tons of great space. Location is great too with direct access to the Intercoastal canal and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only issue we had is that the property lacks supplies. There are no beach towels available, no board games and they only have two beach chairs for a house that sleeps 13+. Other than this, we loved the house and our stay here!

Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay. We had a brief issue with the condition of the pool, it was in need of cleaning as there was a decent amount of sand in the bottom. Management was easy to reach, and they had someone out the next day to clean. The location of the home is wonderful! Having access to the bay was perfect, and a super easy short walk to the beach, food, shopping, and entertainment! We would stay here again.

Wonderful home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aquamarine Bliss! We had a large group of 6 adults and 12 kids and the house accommodated is perfectly! The only thing I would recommend is curtains in the upstairs bedrooms to block out the strong sun coming through the blinds in the morning.

Fabulous Vacay!

We had an amazing stay at Aquamarine Bliss! While there were minor things I'd change (more kitchen utensils/pans/pot holders (for taking pans out of oven), better cushions for patio furniture), none of it got in the way of everyone having a wonderful time! House was clean and spacious, pool was great and the location to the beach, food, etc. was perfect. We saw dolphins daily in the bay and loved watching all the other wildlife from the dock/floating in the bay!! Will definitely stay here again, thank you so much for all the memories!!

1st trip to Pensacola

The house is beautiful, location was perfect. There was plenty of room for 2 families 10 people total. Pier and Kayaking right in your back yard. Short walk across the street to a perfect beach area. It was clean and not busy at all. Take condiments and extra paper towels and toilet paper if you're going to stay for more than a few days. Nice pool to take a dip in after a hot day at the beach.

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was really nice! However house could use new outdoor patio furniture and cushions. Also house sleeps approx 22 people but there were only 2 chairs at pool. We had to change out a few light bulbs for more lighting in front of home and pull a few weeds out of the driveway. I choose this house for a small reception and would have preferred to not complete maintenance items. Overall it was lovely.

Aquamarine Dream

We had a great experience with this property and the management team! Thanks Paige!! It's an awesome house and spring break approved! Tons of space, a plethora of beds, multiple decks to hang out on, kids hangout area with TV, easy walk to beach and just a hop into town. Kitchen is awesome although it could use some better cooking pans and utensils. We wanted to grill but there was no propane in the tank and grill was overdue for a cleaning. Small inconveniences we took in stride. Everyone enjoyed the place and had a great time. Highly recommended!!

Amazing Home for Groups

We love this property! When you walk out, you're on the beach! It is spacious and clean and has enough beds for a large group. The neighborhood was nice, clean and quiet. The neighbors were nice as well. It is not far from any of your stores that you would need to go to and it's not far from the main Beach. We cooked every day and had enough pots and pans to do so. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home close to the beach

This home is very spacious and lovely with delightful décor. It was clean. Whatever issues we had were promptly taken care of by the friendly staff. We are a family of 6 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beach is 2 minutes away and sooo beautiful!! We ran, jogged, walked, beachcombed there every morning. Our granddaughters really enjoyed the boards trying to ride the surf. The deck on the sound is a plus. Note there are no food items but plenty of cookware. We would definitely stay here again. We had a very good time in Pensacola. First trip to Florida for many of us and a great treat after below zero temperatures in our northern home!
