I recently stayed at this Pensacola beach house and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Several key amenities were either missing or not functioning, which significantly impacted my stay.First, the television in the master bedroom did not work at all. I attempted to contact the number provided for assistance, but no one answered. I left a message and never received a return call or any follow-up, which was frustrating and unacceptable.Additionally, there was no iron in the unit, which is a basic amenity most guests expect. I ultimately had to go out and purchase one myself.Most concerning, however, was that the unit did not properly cool the condo. The temperature remained uncomfortable throughout my stay, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the property.Overall, the lack of responsiveness from management, combined with missing and malfunctioning essentials, made this stay far below expectations. I would strongly recommend improvements in communication, maintenance, and basic guest accommodations before considering future bookings
