When we arrived the check in process was easy & the staff was nice. Our room initially was average, we weren’t expecting anything FANCY. The smoke detector continuously went off. The front desk was nice & got someone up there to fix it quickly ( 3 times) we finally had to change rooms , again staff was great & there was no issue. In our second bedroom the toilet was clogged and DIRTY. Overall, the stay was average & I know things happen out of people’s control, but for the cost we paid it just was not okay.

Nice hotel right on the beach!

Great hotel when travelling as a family. Room was spacious and the hotel are next to the beach with easy access! Breakfast was also great!

There was alot of people which is expected for being in a tourist spot. The elevators were not working for a large portion of our stay so we had to use the stairs. Our room was not cleaned the two nights that we were staying because they skip every other day. The breakfast was not great. You have to give them a towel voucher if you want more towels. It was an ok experience.

They had this older male Hispanic housekeeper that starred my young teenage daughter down as she passed in hallway. Very creepy!!! Won’t be staying at this place again.

This hotel is in a great location, kid friendly, with an awesome beach, but the facilities and staff left a little to be desired. The room itself was okay, except for our curtain being broken and dirty sheets our first night. The staff seemed to be preoccupied a lot of the time, but were very helpful once you could grab their attention. One of the metal pool gates caught my heel, bruising me and making me bleed quite a bit. I asked the staff for a first aid kit and was brought a tiny bandaid instead. One of the elevators got stuck twice during our 3 day stay and the ice machine was down on our floor the whole time. Overall experience was okay. Will not stay again though.

Stayed in this hotel a couple of years ago and it was great. That’s the main reason I came back. Hot breakfast ready to go from 6 am until 10am. Coffee bar available all day/ night for those like me that love coffee(a plus). Cleaned rooms, kind and friendly staff. I highly recommend to stay here by the beach. Plus you can use all the other pools in the neighboring hotels.

The property was average, nothing great. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was the best part of my stay as well as the fitness center. One minor annoyance during my stay, I called the front desk for towels twice and after waiting over an hour, they still did not bring them. I ended up having to get the towels myself. For the price, the hotel is average at best.
