Our shower and sink backed up. Maintenance came in with a plunger but no one cleaned up after. The only available room if we wanted to move was overlooking the parking which was facing road construction. We had to go get cleaning supplies and deal with it for the remainder of our stay. Staff was friendly but states they couldn’t do anything because I booked through orbitz and not through them.

The hotel was very nice. Great view, right on beach, and pool was very good. The bed was very firm, which some people enjoy but not us. Besides that fact, hotel was great. Had a tiki bar with music near pool for most of the day also.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a week thinking we would get a nice room. It was my birthday so we chose something that was supposed to be worth it. We paid a lot of money for it. We chose a king bed with an ocean view, and they gave us a small, ordinary room with no lights. There were no lamps in the bathroom. Bad experience.👎👎👎
