They didnt come clean the room. We had to go not once but 3 times to the office for sheets and towels. Have not received my deposit back either.

They went up on the security deposit to $150, they never returned it. There was no damage to the room. Also, the internet did not work. I have stayed here many times in the past, now they have turned into criminals, stealing my money. In the past the security deposit was cheaper and I never had any problems getting it back. They would not answer the phone when I called numerous times to ask for it back. I am very disappointed.

Door wouldnt lock

When we got to the room, we unpacked and went to dinner. I made sure i had my key card and shut the door behind me. When we got back from dinner, my door was cracked open. Spoke to the desk clerk about it and she didnt seem concerned.

It fit our needs perfectly. My son and I booked nearby hotels to have a short staycation to celebrate his wife's birthday. Everything about this was easy from the reservation to the check-in, the housekeeping services, the room was the perfect size, it was easy to check out on my phone. And it was the perfect price, I'd definitely recommend La Quinta and I'd stay again.

Terrible experience with La Quinta inn and hotels.

Hotel representative was trying to charge me for the hotel room and I already made reservations to hotels.com the representatives to try to charge me for the room. But I don't understand why I was being charged for the room at the hotel and I already paid the hotels.com they even asked the representative and he said he didn't know why and then whenever the manager came in she asked what I come back and then I was like I would and then she stated now cuz we already have problems with you so I'm very disappointed in the service and what hotel.com and they claim that they give me a refund but I don't see it pending and every time I call hotels.com customer service I cannot get to know representative with y'all so I'm just very disappointed not satisfied at all this was a terrible experience

unfortunate bad experience

My experience was not good at La Quinta because, I was offered a room that the door card recognition was not working properly the door wasn't opening properly. I was going in my room the door wouldn't open, I got in the room and I couldn't get out and had to call the reception for them to let me out, after a while I left the door open to see if they would fix it, and they had to move me to a different room.
