Everything was wonderful. Loved the awesome view! Everything was very clean and we were provided with what we needed. Loved it was in a quiet area. All our questions were answered quickly. Hoping to return again.
The condo was great. The location and view is awesome! Since we came in the off season (November) and it was not fully occupied, we would have loved to have had the option for a 2nd parking spot for other family members to join us in their own car though. The cell service is slow inside the condo but we did have a much needed restful vacation.
Condo was great, but we had major issues with the door lock system. Young kids and no key. Luckily the property manager came quickly and was able to give us a key until he could fix it. The master bath shower/tub diverter valve was about shot and more water comes out of tub that showerhead. And guest bedroom matress was very squeaky and woke up the guest through the night.
Other than those small things would stay here again!! Absolutely loved it! Master bed was very comfy!
Thank you!

The key code had not been set but management was very prompt in helping me. There was no parking pass in the condo for our car. Management delivered one the next morning. Otherwise it was a great visit, and very comfortable condo.
Location was perfect, right on the beach so a good view and easy access. The condo was very nice, however for the price I felt some things could be improved. The mattress in 2nd bedroom should be replaced and the bed frame was very squeaky when you moved. They supplied one roll of toilet paper to share between the two bathrooms and the master shower door was stuck so very hard to get into. Overall we did enjoy our stay but improvements would have gained another star.
If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this is a great place to stay. Our family has stayed in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach for years. It was awesome to stay at Ocean Breeze West in Perdido Key and avoid the crowds. When we were on the beach it felt like we had the beach to ourselves thanks to the low density complex and the surrounding vacant land.
As far as the condo itself, it has very clean and well maintained. Yes there were some wear and tear on some of the appliances but that is to be expected with a rental. We cooked every meal in the condo instead of eating out and we had all of the kitchen items needed to make every meal.
There were only two negatives that kept us from giving this a five star review. The first was that the pool was closed the entire time we were there because the pool pump was broken. The other was the fact that the AC unit was on the patio. Due to the August heat and the fact that the AC was running a lot because of it, we could not hear the waves on the balcony as much as we would have liked.
Not worth the money we paid. Kitchen sink had a large dent and rust on the front and had about 3/4 inch of caulk to fill the gap. Stove was dirty on the front and had rust along the bottom. There was a crack in the plastic along the bottom of the microwave door. Bottom rack of the fridge door was broken/cracked. The kitchen is NOT well stocked with items needed to cook in the room. There was only one kitchen towel, no kitchen washcloths, and only one pot holder that we could find. We bought our own to use. For some reason the dishwasher would not turn on when you push the "start" button. It took several attempts to get the dishwasher to start. There was a rug in the master bedroom that was rolled up at the corner at the bathroom door that you would trip on every time you came out of the bathroom. The mattress in this room was horrible. You would sink down about 3 inches when trying to sleep. Later saw that there was only a soft mattress on a metal frame, no box spring. There was a picnic table and benches on the balcony and one of the benches was broken. The middle board of the bench was not secured and flipped up when it was sat on and pinched your leg. The laundry washer and dryer were in a closet with the water heater and the laundry hoses were held up with a plastic bag tied to a coat hanger hanging from a shelf. There was black substance on the black gasket on the front of the clothes washer (front load) we wiped off with a towel. Several of the power outlets were so loose the power plug would not stay in the outlet. Just not a good experience and we have rented many rooms at the beach at least once a year for many years. We did have a mishap with the front door lock that was damaged by us when the back and front door were opened accidentally at the same time. We paid to have the lock replaced. But I will say the room had good water pressure, the tub/showers drained properly, and the sliding doors were easy to open/close. We will not be back to stay here.
