Palafox Oasis at the Brent Lofts

**IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginning January 5, 2026, construction will take place on Palafox Street in front of The Lofts. While we’re excited for the improvements, we want to be transparent that we do not yet know the full impact this work may have on Palafox-facing units, including potential noise or other environmental effects.

Please keep this in mind when booking stays between January and June, especially January–February, as construction—including demolition—is scheduled to occur 24/7, and these units overlook the construction area. We’re happy to answer any questions or provide additional details upon request. Entry to The Lofts should not be affected, as there are two alternative entrances located on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to minimizing inconvenience while keeping all guests informed. Thank you!**



Located on the third floor of the historic downtown Brent building, this new STUNNING one-bedroom unit has a perfect view of the main street of Palafox and is conveniently located within steps of shopping, dining, parks, and entertainment. The simple, chic, and relaxed décor invites you to get comfortable and feel at home. Bedroom offers a king size bed and its own en-suite bathroom. Blackout drapery decorates the bedroom window. A fully-supplied kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances are provided at your convenience. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the beautiful outdoor common area just around the corner from your front door. (This condo is actually a 2 bed/2 bath, but when you choose the one bedroom version, we will lock off the second bedroom so you have access to the living room, dining room, laundry, primary bedroom and primary bathroom).



This condo is one of three BL condos with stunning views of Palafox, Downtown Pensacola's liveliest street, which produces noise from surrounding businesses and street, especially Thurs-Sat night. Let us know if you have any questions and please bear in mind when booking.

- Stay Connected: High-speed WIFI throughout the condo.

- Gourmet Ready: A dual coffee maker and a fully stocked kitchen with premium cookware, dishes, pots, strainers, and more to elevate your culinary experience.

-Consumables: In each condo, we provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry/dish pods, coffee, and creamer. If your stay is longer than 3 days, we highly recommend bringing additional supplies. A few sets of towels will be placed in each bathroom. Feel free to use the laundry pods to refresh the towels during your stay or opt in for a room refresh for an addl cost.

Guests of the Lofts can enjoy exclusive access to a fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area. On the same city block, you will find a variety of conveniences such as hair salon, spa, restaurants, and retail shopping.

Parking

While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24).

Things to know

Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience.



-Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand)

-Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out.

-Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25.

• No pets allowed in rental units

• No smoking allowed inside the building or in the Sky Lounge.

• Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.

• No parties allowed on the premises. Events must be approved through the proper channels and given prior authorization through management.
