Beyond expectations!

Service beyond expectations. Our AC at home broke and decided to stay at local hotel until fixed. TRu Hilton was the choice due to its convenient location near Starbucks and Publix. To make story short, husband and I will include stay at Hilton Tru on our weekly date night! Pat from kitchen is the best!!! Clean! Friendly! Did I say clean? And smart hotel including staff!!!

Perfect in every way

This hotel was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfortable, employees were very nice! Their breakfast is by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. 5 stars for sure!!

Everything was really nice. The happy hour was good! We really liked our drinks and the bartender. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. The staff were nice.

The bar tender made the stay horrible. IDing 50 year old then lied to her manger that she was cussed out. Their were never pool towels available Did not replenished bath towels, had to ask everyday. I would never return to this location.
