Made an impromptu trip mid March with my wife and another married couple.Condo overall was pretty nice however the furniture in the unit definitely needs updating. The beds in both rooms were extremely uncomfortable. I slept in the master and could feel every coil in the mattress when I laid down. My wife said the same and the other couple said the same thing about the bed in the 2nd room. Also, rather certain the bed in the guest room is smaller than whatâs noted in the listing. That was my only complaint about the apartment itself. Otherwise, great location, right on the beach, great deck and loved the polywood furniture on the deck. The management company was less than ideal. I should have knocked a star off for the beds and another for the management company but did not want to hurt the owners. Booking this place was like trying to take a trip to the Whitehouse. I book places all the time, and itâs normally as simple as reserving, booking and paying. Not the case with this place, you have to sign multiple contracts, provide picture ID for yourself and potentially all your guests. They also charge a non-refundable security fee which is absolutely ridiculous. Not sure why I should have to pay for other people. When we did arrive, we called the rental company and they obviously did not want to be bothered, even though the entire place was empty (including Orange Beach and Gulf Shores). Had to reach out for checkout info. Almost got the impression they do not want you here.
