The constant (i.e. all day and all night) tapping of the ropes on the flagpoles opposite the hotel kept me awake, as I am a light sleeper and we needed to keep the windows open to keep cool. Otherwise, we were very happy with the stay.
We had a room facing the promenade with a panoramic view (room 2) and it was beautiful. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed, aside from hair conditioner, but Lidl is right next door. The beds were very uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. If the beds were comfortable this would be 5 stars for sure. Breakfast was fine, has what youâd expect.
There was a cold Breakfast buffet with many choices, plus a plentiful hot breakfast served as you like it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The budget room was clean (in a seperate building behind the main hotel) but tired. A bit disorganized but then its probably hard to get staff at times.
Payed for a standard room costing ÂŁ400. The room looked more like a small. Sink was cracked. Shower head was leaking. Toilet wasnt clean. Bedroom carpet was stained.
This hotel is outstanding in all aspects. From the comfort of the rooms to the service and overall atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most is the cost-performance ratio â you really get a lot more than what you pay for. Itâs rare to find such quality at this price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both comfort and value.
I was excited about this hotel because it was next to the sea. On the first day of arrival was strands of hair in my bathroom and other random places even though the room appeared clean, through out my stay after room service I always still found hair.
When it came to breakfast the service was very poor, on my second day you were not advised how breakfast was offered. You were just expected to figure omit out I later saw that food was being ordered. I ordered mine around 8:50am (breakfast was till 9:30am) it was 9:20am still no update on food and those who ordered after me had got their food. Eventually at 9:30am I asked I was then told the food order was given to the chef.
The second I ordered breakfast I had some of my food and when to get some pastry when (this took under 2 minutes) my table had been cleared and wiped down. This is poor!
The food portions were very small as well do not believe it was value for money - as attached. For a small hotel the customer service organisation was not great.
