Our friends/family (3 couples) have stayed at this home three years in a row and are already planning our next trip here. This roomy home has every amenity from comfortable furnishings, indoor and out, to a fully stocked kitchen, just bring your food and clothes. If you have a boat, bring that too with the lakeside dock right on the property this home offers everything.

Everything you want and more!

Fire pit, Blackstone, fishing dock, kayaks, canoe, expansive deck and screened-in porch with ample seating
.you simply couldn’t ask for more included outdoor amenities from a single property. We utilized them all! The house was spacious and meticulous. It was nice to have enough space to gather all of us to chat and play games, as well as several areas to sit and relax in smaller groupings/ alone throughout the property. It is perfectly situated near many local activities and attractions. We will return!

Amazing home

This property was perfect for our family. It is spacious, has nice views of water, equipped with everything you could need and is meticulously clean. There is enough space that everyone can find a spot to relax. The kitchen is fun to cook in. There are inside and outside dining options. The back yard is great for games. We didn't use the kayaks but would have with more time. Having a beach within walking distance was also a plus.

Nice house on the channel - Breezy Point

This was a very nice house on the channel with kayaks and a canoe to get out on the lake. House was well appointed, clean and up to date. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great space for a family or two.

Great Getaway

The house was great. Having the use of a garage was fantastic and the layout allowed our family to spread out and have our own space when we wanted and come together in the cozy living room too. The deck was great (lots of spider webs though due to to the time of year) and we enjoyed watching the squirrels and birds.

Family Time

We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room for our family (having 3 bathrooms was great!). The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to prep all our meals. The girls took the canoe out, we played bags on our rainy day, card games at the nice sized dinner table as well as enjoyed a few bonfires. Bonus was the PacMan video game in the basement! We also snuck in some fishing. It was a nice short walk to Dockside where there was live music on Friday and Saturday night. Loved how friendly the deer were in the yard as well! A great time was had by all!

Beautiful lake home

We loved everything about this wonderful home on the lake! Super clean, stocked, and spacious for our family. We spent so much time on the lake fishing and swimming and taking in the scenery and wildlife. Can’t wait to come back again!

Three Generations Family Vacation

Very accommodating for all. Enjoyed playing Corn hole and using the watercraft. Great location for golf. Lovely deck and screened porch. Wonderfully stocked kitchen, multiple TV’s, great laundry facility. Would recommend to others!

I booked this stay for a girls weekend over 9+ months ago, and we had been so looking forward to it ever since. The property lived up to the hype & we had a great time. Summer fun-2023

Our stay at this beautiful property was one of our best family gatherings ever! This home offers many different spaces for people to do their own thing or gather for meals in the spacious kitchen/dining area. Some of us golfed, others kayaked off the private dock and we enjoyed a run into Nisswa for a bit of shopping. Our grandson most enjoyed the wildlife that visited the neighborhood. Relaxation at its finest

This home is beautiful and well maintained. There are plenty of seating options both inside and outside of the home to accommodate our group. Frances easily accommodated our early check in request and was timely in her responses to any questions we had. In the evening we chose to spend our time in the extra large screened in patio but there is also a large fire pit. The home is located on a small channel but we didn’t find it to be overly busy and it was an easy kayak ride out to the lake. I would def. Recommend this property and would certainly stay here again in the future.

Wonderful home on Pequot Lake

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well-tended home right on a canal off Pequot Lake. There was a dock at the back of the property from which the fishermen in our group could fish, and they caught several smaller walleyes, northerns and perch there.. The house itself was immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated, and it was filled with everything a family might want or need for a vacation at the Lake.. And the owner was very helpful and responsive when we had questions.. Although it took us awhile to figure out the TV controller, we were happy to see that the TV had many streaming Apps on it and that we could sign in to our Amazon Prime, Netflix, or Vudu accounts to watch our shows. It was also wonderful to discover that the house was within walking distance (.1/2 mile) from Breezy Point Marina, with its beach, pools, spa, restaurants, entertainment and boat rental facilities. The house itself sits in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We did not use the firepit (it is shared with a neighboring house) but it comes equipped with Adirondack chairs and firewood. The house also has a big stone fireplace, plus a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. If we had to nitpick, we might suggest that the outside deck furniture and screened-in porch area get a deep clean from time to time to remove cobwebs and moss, but we understand that this can't be done between every guest, and we were fine with the rustic nature of the outdoor spaces. All in all, our vacation was wonderful and we enjoyed ourselves very much. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We enjoyed a very lovely vacation up at Breezy Point in this house. The house is very large and comfortable. The large screened in porch and deck were fabulous! Frances was a helpful host. All the instructions and expectations were clear and well communicated.
